How we build

Fail safe, not silent.

Show-critical software is judged on the one night it can't fail. Here is what each tool does when part of the rig goes wrong.

  • LiveTC™

    If The LTC feed is noisy, or a bad frame comes through.

    Then LiveTC™ holds lock, and a single bad frame never yanks the transport to the wrong section.

  • LiveRack™

    If A plugin misbehaves mid-set.

    Then The rest of the rack keeps passing audio. On the next launch, LiveRack™ names the plugin it suspects so you can bypass it.

  • Audioduct™

    If The Primary sender goes silent.

    Then Every receiver snaps to the Backup in milliseconds. Going back to the Primary is a button you press, never an automatic surprise.

  • BetterRTP™

    If The PRIMARY sender quits or loses its cable.

    Then The receiver switches to the BACKUP within about a second and sends All Notes Off first, so no chord rings.

  • Gainware Chat™

    If The venue network has no internet.

    Then Sessions keep running peer-to-peer on the local network, with no cloud and no server.
