Gainware™ is starting an agency. Productions come to us to find a front-of-house, monitor, or lighting engineer for a tour, or to have a playback rig, IEM system, or lighting setup built. Technicians come to us to get booked. The only way onto the roster is certification, so every person a production books through Gainware™ has proven they can do the job.
