These terms govern your use of the Gainware website at gainware.io (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. These terms cover the marketing site only; individual products are governed by their own license and terms provided with each product.

The Site

The Site provides information about Gainware and its products and lets you request early access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Early access

Requesting early access is an expression of interest — not a purchase, and not a guarantee of access, availability, pricing, or a release date. Products described on the Site may be in development and are subject to change. Early-access and pre-release software may be incomplete and is provided without warranty.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by unauthorized means, scraping it at a scale that degrades service, or using it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — text, design, logos, and the Gainware name — belong to Gainware or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gainware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Gainware is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
